Im 14 and the last I checked I was e 150 pounds:'( I really want to loss weight but have no idea how.I am loke totally addicted to sweets and junk food how do I loss enough weight to look good in my swim suit by summer. I only have a couple of months. HELP!

by the way how tall are you because if your really then thats not really overweight its based on your body mass index.  Have you tried eating in moderation thats what I do and i excercise a lot so the trick is moderation of food treat yourself to one cheat day and eat it in moderation and excercise.  GYM GYM gym hope that helps:-D
