i was on a research study that had me on 48 mg. of hydromorphone plus 2 8 mg tabs during the day. The study ended and I am left with terrible withdrawals. This is day 6 and I have been to hell and back already. Still feeling anxious, cold sweats, some shortness of breath. How long can this last and what can I do to alleviate some of this. I now take Oxy 10 mg every 6 hours and thought that would do the trick (all MD prescribed). Not so!!! Still feel lousy. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Girl,Ifeel your pain. This is my 3rd full day of dilaudid withdrawals. This is nothing new to me. I've been taking muscle relaxers, tramadol & trazadone, with a little relief. I'm 42 & have been strung out since I was 18.

This is new to me. no one ever said a word to me about what it was going to be like. I am on my second day and truth be told it is not a fun place to be, I have muscle weakness , cold sweats, headeche, nausia , tremors..... PLEASE: If anyone knows how long 4 sure this lasts let me know ... and I truely feel 4 anyone who has to go through this .......KEEPN YOUR CHINS UP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! jansky
