Hello,
First off, I had unprotected sex at the very beginning of October. The period I had before then was September 20th. Now in October I didn't have any period. I was feeling nausea, dizziness, tender beasts, headaches, mood swings and cramps without the bleeding. Those were the physical things i felt. I have this feeling that i am pregnant. It's not like a conscious decision were i was like hey I'm pregnant...it is more like...i would notice that i did things differently...almost like an instinct. Like i protect my stomach if there is anything that could hit it...i find myself thinking about a specific person in me...not like thinking there could be a person, but that there is...when i talk to my friends about it i have to remind myself that its not for sure, that its only a possibility. Anyways that doesn't really describe it...i don't know how but i just...i donno...anyways on with my explanation so i can ask my question.
I took three at home tests and they all came up negative, but i was still feeling the same. So i went to the doctor and had a full physical and the doctor thought i might be during the exam. She did a test and it came up negative. So i went on assuming i wasn't but i couldn't shake the feeling that i am. Then i got my period on the 7th of November. It was light and only lasted 4 1/2 days when it usually lasts a full 7 or 8. By this time my breasts have been hurting all the time and it was slightly painful to have any contact with them. My pants that used to be a little big on me now fit me a little tight. Under a little bit of chub, my abdomen is hard, not like rock hard but like a bump. Then I got the report from the doctor and they only did a urine test not a blood test and said to come back for the blood test if I still suspected pregnancy.
I just got my period again late on the 12th early morning the 13th and now today the 17th it's done. The 13th I changed my tampon and it was full to leaking point fifteen minutes later. I went through a tampon every hour or two that day and it only slowed down slightly the next day. I had painful cramps in my vaginal area that went up in front of my spine up to mid stomach area. Thats the best way i can describe where it was with out being able to show where on my body. It kept me up the first two nights and affected my ability to do my job during the day. I was depressed for no reason for a few days. Now I feel like i did before except my breasts haven't been hurting like they were...they are just tender every once in a while. My mood swings are back in full swing. My stomach is still bigger and more firm than is normal.
So my question is...do you think I could be pregnant. I think I am pregnant. My friend thinks i was and had a miscarriage. I am so confused! Please help me, what do you think?

hi,
i'm going through the exact thing, pretty much the same time as you.
it's like the twilight zone. God knew we would contact each other.
let me tell my story.
well, in september i had a regular ovulation and a normal period(7-8day thing), here came October and i went through a whirlwind of confusion. I ovulated and came up a week or so late for my period so i thought i might be pregnant, but when it came on the 23rd I accepted it wasn't pregnancy. But, this so called period didn't last more than 3 days, not normal for me at all.
I started getting tons of symptoms of pregnancy, except a positive pregnancy test. So, i thought I'd wait it out. It's now december.
It's been a rollercoaster of months NOT KNOWING what's going on with me.
but i've narrowed it down to two things, because i feel so pregnant and getting bigger by the week:
I either have a bad hormonal imbalance or
it's Decidual bleeding-this is period-like bleeding (but not your period) when your hormones may get out of whack. It will cause you to loose parts of the lining along the uterine wall. This is especially common in the very early stages of pregnancy because the lining hasn't had a chance to completely attach to the placenta. Although a scary thought, it is not generally considered to be a health risk to neither mother or baby.
Both of these conditions would have disable the home pregnancy tests.
i still don't have medical proof that i'm pregnant, but i made an appointment to get and ultrasound in January.
So, I pray to God that all will be explained then.
I hope my info was helpful, i know the insane feelings you might be having.
