Hi, I don't think your question is posted in the right place, but I will try to help as best as I can.

I used to have a similar problem. When I would meet someone new, get my picture taken, get embarrassed, have to talk in front of people, etc, I would blush badly and my mouth would twitch.

It was really bad in high school, but now, at 22 it has pretty much gone away. The thing that really helped was my boyfriend.

You said you have a "partner", so I'm assuming that the two of you go places together and talk to people together. Try to let your partner (or a close friend or family member) start a conversation in a group and just listen. Focus on the person that doesn't make you nervous. After a while, make a comment or just agree, like, "oh, i know!" or "then what?" or something small.

Even if it is hard, try to realize that no one is judging you or looking at what you say or do very closely. We all tend to think that people notice every little thing about ourselves, when we don't pay that much attention to them. No one really judges us as harshly as ourselves!

If this issue is really more extreme than this, you might want to see someone about it, like a doctor or counselor. You can also try taking deep breaths and telling yourself in your head that it will be OK. There is nothing to worry about, you are just talking to another regular person, not a movie star or an audience or the president or anything.

Hope this has helped, and the best of luck to you :-)
