problem i have is .. i have had sex and wot not but the skin aint pulled over the head .. i noticed i have a bit of skin that is attached to my foreskin to the head which stops it going over ..

It could be that the part of skin, called frenulum, is too short and prevent your foreskin from moving. having frenulum is normal, every guy has it but short frenulum is called frenulum breve and it could be easily fixed in a minor procedure.

The procedure is called frenuloplasty. It involves making a asmall cut on the frenulum and prolonging it. It is done under general anesthesia and is an outpatient procedure.
