I have similar problems. Every morning I waken with burning in the public/vaginal area -- external. This happens just before I am ready to empty my bowels. I am not constipated but have fairly normal stools. However, this started a few months ago when I was placed on meds that did cause severe constipation and thus, the hard straining, hard stools and really bad hemorrhoids. I treat the hemorrhoids and they are not painful -- both external and internal. I tried fissure treatment which consisted of a mixture containing tree tea inserting a few drops into the anus. I only have this burning pain in the early morning just prior to defecating. I've been to GYN doc, at first had yeast infection which has long since been cured. She doesn't notice anything amiss when looking at my bottom or with digital examination other than the hemorrhoids, of course. I plan to see my GI doc and see if she has anything further to check out. I have never had a negative result from a colonoscopy so I doubt she will order another one of those. My blood lab work and urinalysis both show normal in everything. I am at a loss and dread waking up in the morning.

I have these symptoms also I am diagnosed with with lupus, because of lupus I have irratitabal bowel syndrome.

Only that my doc gv me Rectogesic to reduce the pressure down there. It does help. I guess doc suspected fissure, but cldnt commit or even mention at all! No blood , normal stool.I prayed too. Itz a terrible condition no one should be inflicted with. The pain and sore bug u every sec , then. How to work besides unable to sit which turned life upside down. Now , I m @ 98% recovered, thank God!

Please go see colorectal doc quickly. U may hv fissure or worse. Do u hv constipation due to low fibre diet n intake of water?

Hi everyone,
My partner has the same problem. He was diagnosed with Dermatomyositis (hope the spelling is correct lol). 5 bags of steroid through an IV for 5 days, he has had a CT scan and is clear of an underlining cancer. Due to this autoimmune skin and muscle inflammation/disease, it is the obvious cause to his constipation/rectum pressure. He doesnt have pain in his stomach, the poo does come out bit by bit and it is soft, he just complains about the constant pressure in his rectum 24hrs a day

I'ma male have exactly the same as you but the thing different with me is i have had a fussion L4_5 and the problem you're having is the same and it drives me bomkers
