Ive had very similar feeling. I went to a Colon/Rectal Surgeon. He diagnosed me with ani levator syndrome. He says there are only 2 things that help 1.botox in rectum 2.physical therapy for pelvic floor.
The book has saved my life. I actually now have a life! Botox lasts 3-6 months and when it wears off I'm reminded quickly how much it really has changed my life! Hope this info maybe helps!

Think that what I have is ibs with constipation, although I think it was diarrhea a few years back . Had a colonoscopy 4 1/2 years ago and all was done except for hemorrhoids . So I’ve been having round little poops often which seems to have indigestsd food in them . Dr back in June said not to be worry and said to increase my fiber ( I’m just starting to do that now ) often feel pressure to go . No blood , no weight loss , no excessive tiredness . Does ibs sound right ?

This fixed my rectal pressure. Get Super Digestaway made by Solaray.. Take one before you eat each meal like the instructions say. It is a digestive Enzyme Blend that helps break down the food you eat. My rectal pressure went away in 3 days after suffering with this for a year. If it helps you please tell other people. There are other companies that make the same thing but this is the one I used.

I have had the pressure for a week. I tried the psoas stretches, and the pain moved to my right buttock. I stretched some more, and it seemed to dissipate further. While sleeping I felt only a twinge, rather than the constant pressure and lower back pain. I also used arnica gel. Hope this helps someone.

Hi there. If you are willing to answer my questions…
Wondering what testing, etc. you went through to find out those things?
What procedure did the dr. do besides a hysterectomy?
Are you having any issues post surgery?
Blessings & Thanks.
