HI. I'm 37 and am having the same thing. I feel like my heart has stopped and I have to make myself breathe. I thought I was about to die. I had to check my pulse because I truely feel like my heart isn't beating. It doesn't make sense to me. I have no reason to have anxiety. No one around me understands and I feel like I shouldn't talk about it. My head and chest feel numb. It's so scary. I can't find any other website on this. Are you on FB? I want to talk to someone else who has this.

I also feel the same!! I throat feels chocked, I have different breathing, acid reflux, heart burn, numbness in my face, chest, stomach, hands, legs, too much sweating, dizziness, difficulty swallowing, it feels like something is stuck in my throat and chest, it feels like my heart will stop and plus my cholesterol is 180 and I TSH level is 9.630 uIu/ml
