They are very tiny, that's why they are called "mites". Use a magnifying glass.

Hi! Thank you for sharing all this. I have had exterminators in and out and they will not identify these as bugs. I question if they even bother to use the microscope. I'm using your suggestions. However I'm finding the washing/drying with bleach or ammonia on high heat isn't killing them. Did you see that? Did you have to remove every single one prior to washing? Did you find some clothes, curtains, duvets, pillows etc couldn't be saved? Were you able to keep your mattresses? I'm very distressed and concerned about the thousands of dollars of loss and inability to replace anything. And wonder if I need to move. If they are in the apartment (like floor boards and walls) or just my stuff. I have two little kids and feel devasted not to protect them.

If you just stopped taking OR just started taking Amlodipine Besylate, Norvasc, or any other kind of companion drug associated with high blood pressure medicine, this could be causing the symptoms of bugs crawling on your skin. The sensation also feels as if you just walked through spider webs. The hair on your arms or facial hair tingles and it feels like small bugs are crawling on you. The sensation intensifies when you stand up and walk around or perform activity. Stopping Amlodipine Besylate, Norvasc, etc... cold turkey is a bad idea. Reduce your dosages slowly over time.

Hello. My son has the same symptoms. I have been researching and if you google Dermidex mites it might be your diagnosis. There are two types. Dermodex Follicorum and Dermodex Brevis (this one apparently harder to treat
