I feel really sick like with a fever and I have been eating more

Hi,

I lost my virginity a couple of months ago and well of course I bled but I had sex with my bf after that and never bled again and recently we had unprotected sex and he used the "pull out method" and didn't come inside me apparently but I have been having a light brown discharge.  Should I be concerned about pregnancy? Also I feel really sick like with a fever and I have been eating more than the usually and craving chocolate a lot!
