Hey there! I think I have the same problem as you.
I’ve been finding these little hard, pea-sized lumps, down there, for a few weeks now. They don’t have a head on them, so, they’re not spots nor are they an in-grown hair.
The lumps don’t hurt unless I accidentally touch them, or something.
However, and this sounds horrible, I’ve had one for a few days now, and I’ve left it alone until now, and I tried to “pop” it, and when I did yellow puss came out.
Now, puss means infection, which leads me to think that I have, perhaps, an infection of the hair follicle. The one I think I may have is known as Folliculitis.
