Hi I'm 24 about to be 25 in Jan.I foud a small lump in my left testicle.I'm really worried because It hurts after I'm intimate with my wife and when i tuch it.I haven't told her but I'm really worried because I googled it and I found out it cudd be cancerous.I don't now wat to do. Is there enyone that can tell me more of wat can it be??
