hi im 16 and recently i have found quite a large lump on top of my scrotum. this lump is soft and does not hurt and is not attached to either testical. all though i am still worried about what it is.

hi im 15 i have found i pea sized lump ontop of my right testical inside my sack, it is attached to my testical. it dos not hurt but when i squeeze it there is a dull aching pain. can anyone help please!

yes i am 18 and have discovered it too; a lump in my scrotum that is not attached to a testicle, and gives off a dull ache when squeezed. Does anybody have a answer for this?

Hi im 19 exactly the same problem i went the doctors and they said its fine its just swolin through to much sex or masturbation hope this helps :-)
