I am a 52 yr old female I  get a spasm or cramp in 1 particular spot inside lower left abdomen, right where my left ovary would be but had that and tube removed over 10 yrs ago. Cramps up just like your big toe would go into a cramp & than slowly the cramp lessons & stops. No pain associated with this. It's happened about once or twice a month now for the last 7 months. Just was wondering if anyone has any idea What this could be?
