you guys i really need help im 15 years of age i had acl reconstruction over a year ago and on the 22 of this month im going under the knife again on my right knee! i woke up the other morning to find that i couldnt straighten my left knee the one i had surgery on over a year ago! it worries me as this is how i done my acl on my right leg....i woke up one day an found i could not put my right knee straight so i left it for about two months then i went to kick a ball and i missed the ball and done my acl! im afraid this might happen to my left one(which i already had surgery for my acl on) so now i cant put my left knee fully straight and when i try to put it straight it crunches with cracking noises about 3 or 4 to be precise! PLEASE GIVE ME YOUR FEEDBACK

some crunches are to do with cartlidge damage, so it is worth you getting it looked at.
