Hi I am 12 and I had constipation and my belly was swollen for the past year and I'm getting fat and I wanted to know if there was a way I could get rid of the belly fat before I'm 13

Hello Emma.... I believe you need a good eating and exercise plan.  What do you eat right now for your meals?  If you eat a lot of junk food, you should start eating fruits and vegetables instead.  Drink more water as  well. This will help you with your constipation AND you will start to lose weight.  You can walk for 30 minutes a day to rev up your metabolism and lose weight quicker.  Google some abdominal exercises and see which ones you want to do to firm up your tummy.

Does our forum readers have any other suggestions for losing tummy fat?
