I had a baby 3 months ago via c-section. I tied my tube since this was my second child. Im 10 days late and I've never been late in my life. Im also having cravings and feeling yucky all the time. Im worry sick that I might be pregnant, another child will not make me happy at least not this soon. I go to the bathroom like a maniac to see if my period went down. I've read before many people that have gotten pregnant after tubal ligation. I hope this is not my case.javascript:emoticon('%-)')

:-D Hi everyone I'm so happy I found other people going through the same thing I am. I have 3 beautiful kids and had my tubes tied going on 5 years ago in April. But I have been feeling very weird lately, I mean I still get my period but it is very irregular now. I used to know the day I would get it and now it comes as it pleases and some times all it is is spotting. I have been very nauseated, tired, and emotional for a while now. There are days that I eat and sleep just fine and then there are others that I can't stand to be around any kind of food, I get dizzy very easily, and even tend to fall asleep at work, and don't sleep well becuase I am constantly going to the bathroom. And my youngest daughter that is going to be 5 in April has been acting very weird lately. She is a very independent little girl and doesn't like to be held because she says she is a big girl not a baby. But lately she has been crying alot and for the simplest things, comes up to me with her arms stretched up asking me to carry her, and is practically stuck to me like glue right now and she is daddy's princess and always wanted to be with her daddy. But now she is always stuck to me and even wants me to hold her at night till she falls asleep. What do ya'll think????? Then probably about mid week last week I started feeling something weird in my abdomen. I paid no attention to it but as the days go by I feel it more often than before, it feels like someone rubbing or slightly pushing on the wall of my abdomen. I mean am I going crazy or should I follow my instincts and go and see my gyno????????

Wow after reading these posts...it's crazy I'm not the only one feeling like this. I had my tubes cut and burnt 5 yrs ago when I had my son via c section. I've never questioned being pregnant since then. My cycle stays pretty regular. The past 2 weeks I've been feeling everything I felt when pregnant with both of my children. I took 2 tests and both were Neg. I made an appt anyway to see what's up with my body. Just find it so odd that 5 yrs after having my tubes tied I feel like I'm pregnant. I keep trying to look things up that have the same symptoms as pregnancy. Anyway, good luck to you all. :-)

I am replying to the post from the girl who has two kids and has her tubes tied and does not want any more kids rightnow, but thinks she might be pregnant because of the symptoms. I am experiencing very similiar symptoms. I also, have 2 kids, and have my tubes tied. My periods have always been regulad, unless I've been pregnant. This month, I started cramping as usual but never started-now only when I wipe is there a little bit of brownish/pinkish spotting. . But I have also been having pain in my abdomen, and I read that it could be a preganncy, but an ectopic one! :-( I think I will make an appt with the dr! I also have endo, so it might be attributed to that, but like I said, I am always regular, unless I'm pregnant. I will let u know what I find out!

I have 4 year old twin girls. I had a c section and tubes tied at the same time. My husband had testicular cancer which he is now cancer free for the past almost 3 years but he has one testicle. So with that being said...my tubes are tied...my husband has one ball and now my period is late which I am never ever ever late. Usually a day or two early or right on time. I have cramping like I am getting my period but nothing. I have been going to work and bed with pads on and NOTHING! I took a pregnancy test today but it came out negative. Any suggestions out there?

%-) i fell the same way. i had my tubes tied almost 5 years ago and every 2 months i skip a month, the whole month that i am not having a period i fell nauseas, tired, i urinate alot and my stomach fells really bloated. well its march and i haven't had a period since dec. it feels like something is moving in me, my stomach is bloated, i feel sick in the morning and i feel really hungry all the time. even my husband says i look pregnant. what is going on?

Hi I believe that i may be pregnant. I had my tubes tied in September 2004. I still have what I think is my period on the time that it is supposed to come. But it comes for 2-3 days then no bleeding for 1 day then the 4th day I do bleed. It is weird. I have had major lower back pain very discomforting and does not go away even with pain medicine. I have had frequent sharp headaches, and felt nausea the other day. I have even gained an extra 5-7 lbs, and dont know why. I try to excercise it off but its there in my hips and gut area, and nowhere else. I feel dumb to speak about to anyone because they would just laugh at me. I even sometimes think I feel like a baby moving in my stomach. The same i did with my other 3 children. I have seen a show on Discovery Health channel called "I Didnt know I was Pregnant" Not sure if anyone else has seen it, but I know it can happen. These girls had no clue they were pregnant until they went into labor. No weight gain, no missed periods, no symptoms! What does everybody think about what I am saying?? Please give me your feedback. I took a pregnancy test and it comes back negative. Is this all in my head?

I've had my tubes tied since September 2008. My period is now 3 weeks late. The only times I have ever had a late period are the two times I was pregnant. My boobs have gotten bigger and they tingle (kind of like when you have milk and your milk is about to leak out or something...craziness). I've always had a semi regular period. Lately they have been coming closer together and now this month.... nothing. I've taken two preg test and they both came back neg. I called my ob/gyn today and the nurse said they would give me Provera to start my period. I am worried about a ectopic pregnancy though. Forget some medicine. Guess I will just have to wait a few more days to see if I start. Oh my ovary on my left side was hurting today (yes I know it was my ovary, trust me, I can tell, if you think I'm crazy because I know when my ovary hurts then you share the same opinion as my husband). I could have started ovulating which means I should start my period in a day or so. I've had cramping too and everyday I think, "ok today is the day, I'm gonna start". I've never wished so hard for my period. I love my kids (Ages 4 and 19 months) but I had my tubes tied for a reason. Should I be more persistant with the nurses. I wonder if she understood that I had my tubes tied??? I don't know what to do.

I had my tubes tied 10 years ago. But now I am 13 days late. My LMP was 4/30/10 and it is now 6/13/10. I feel like I'm 6 weeks pregnant. I am having nausea, lower back aches, excessive fatigue (can sleep 14 hours straight!), excessive appetite (when I'm not nauseated), I have to urinate alot more frequently, and I am lactating. Like another poster, I have started taking prenatal vitamins to help with the nausea and fatigue...and just in case I really am pregnant, I want a healthy baby!
I would love to know if a woman can test negative throughout, but still be pregnant?

I have been feeling weird too. I have gained about 20-30 pounds in the last 8 months and its all in my belly. I have been extremly tired all the time. I get nausea out of the blue. Not all the time but out of the blue and Ive thrown up. My boobs are getting so big and the nipples hurt so bad. The arreola's are like they were when I was pregnant. I have major mood swings. My period is way weird. I used to be like clockwork. Where I would start around the same time and I would bleed for 7 days. Now I bleed for 10 days but everyday is different. I bleed for like 2 days heavy then Im off then I spot for 3 days then Im off then back to spotting for a few days. My appetite has increase majorly. Before I would only eat sometimes, mind you I was never over 110 lbs untill I had my first baby at 28 and gained 80 lbs and with my second I only gained 19 lbs. I finally after 5 years went down to 111 lbs after I got my tubes tied which was about 6 years ago. No Im at 143 lbs and I look pregnant. Maybe Im just getting fat. But part of me wonders if I could be prenant. Its a scary thought. I do not want anymore kids at my age of 37. Thats why I got my tubes tied after 2 kids. Im just wondering if there is something that I can do or take to feel normal again. Ive been wondering if Im in peri menopause and if those are the symptoms I am really feeling instead of being pregnant.

Hi, I am 28 Yrs. old In April Of this yr 2010 made 3 yrs my tubes has been tied. And i have been having my period every month for 3 yrs. it has never missed or been late. My cycle hasn't came on in 2 mos. if it does not come on for July that will be 3 mos. it hasn't came on. I don't know whether to think i am pregant or not, and my stomach also cramps like my cycle is fend to come on, i think that it is fend to come on but it does not. I feels sick on the stomach sometimes, i eat alot, but i feel bloated sometimes, does anyone has any suggestions. I have 1 child and she is 9 yrs. old and my husband has 3 kids of his own, i don't think one more would hurt if i am. I will just put everything in my fathers hand.

Well now it has been 5 years and I am never late on my period. 10 days late now. feel some cramping, headaches, sleepy, hungry.... I feel it all like if I was pregnant. I haven't taken a pregnancy test but am not curious to take one. I feel once u have decided to tie ure tubes 2 not have any more kids the mind plays tricks on u. Since we want a baby so bad u feel the symptoms but at the end get dissapointed. I would love if I could have another child and I am well aware it can happen. hi there, i am only 24, i had a tubaligation after my daughter passed away 5 years ago. i have had one tubal pregnancy since having my tubes tied and they had to removed the entire tube on that side. it was incredibly painful but i had no pregnancy symptoms. but now i do, it has been 5 years since I lost my daughter and my milk has never dried up, but only a small mount of milk remains. i have frequent dreams where i wake up convinced i hear a baby crying. now i have a distended stomach, i pee every 20 minutes at least, i havnt had a period in 3 months, but all the tests are negative?? my breasts are huge, my milk is in full now, nipples are darker and my uterus is swollen, like you can see and feel it...and im throwing up every morning ... my husband thinks im going through depression again thinking about my daughter and that it is all in my head... i dont know what to think... is it possible to convince yourself subconsciously that you are pregnant??
