i had paracetamol overdosage three months ago and i survived thanks god and i had an analysis yesterday on liver and kidneys functions and they were normal am i safe after what i have been through??
If the liver test results were normal after everything that means there was no permanent damage. But it probably would be wise if you stayed off things that have bad effects on the liver like alcohol and medications. Also fatty food can be damaging. But please, could you share a little bit more information about what happened? I new paracetamol was toxic, as most medications are, but after my problems with stomach only medication I can take only when I absolutely need is paracetamol. How much of it did you take?
