I hate having my nipples touched, sucked or even played with it is a very uncomfortable feeling for me. I sometimes wish my nipples would just fall off or be put to sleep so I can have them burned off. I hate having nipples so much. They are of NO use to me, and my life would be better off without them, because they don't have a purpose. I will never breast feed my children whenever the time comes for me to have kids, because I will bottle feed them. I have never been molested as a child. I just have no purpose for these worthless pieces of sh*t. I am constantly hitting my breasts while trying to sleep, because the bastards decide to get hard. I hate having nipples, just fall off already!

Being a woman I can relate to what you just mentioned. Yes, nipples do get hard and erect with external stimulus. When they do, they do attract attention and sometimes this attention is not warranted.
Try conveying your concerns with your boyfriend. If he understands your special needs, he won't bother you. As for nipples suddenly going erect, wear a proper bra which does not show erect nipples. My cousin actually taped her nipples in order to prevent them going erect. Erect Nipples can be a pain sometimes. If you are going braless, please assure that clothing does not rub against them.
As for breastfeeding, trust me when you have a lil baby - your world will change for the better and it will be the most enjoyable experience ever. Yes, you can express milk and feed your baby - no harm at all.
