hi i am 21 yrs old. i have a chocolate cyst on my right ovary. it is 5.3 cm large. do i have to get a surgery to remove it or medicine can cure the cyst? and i am 6 weeks pregnant as well. but i want to abort the child and this is my first pregnancy. will there be any problem to conceive later if i abort this time?  there is a chance to get pregnant again?
