i hope u still keep up with these posts but i posted my experiences long after ur posts here but wat has worked for me were boxer shorts & any underwear that has extra room in the crouch. it my be weird to have her wear boys & mens underwear but the comfort it beings out weights the burden of dealing with the irritation. theres more room for IT move freely without constant rubbing. i would steal my cousins boxers when i was younger tho i didnt have to wear them everyday but, i figured out i needex them on days i did a lot of walking r running which helped reduce the friction. today as an adult mens Duluth briefs works great & with me being a truck driver i only wear them when i drive for the same reason to reduce irritability. so when im not driving i wear regular womens underwear. i hope this can still be helpful.. spt
