I have a protruding clitoris the size of my middle toe; should I hide it?;

As a male, I must say that "Most men would not be able to locate a small one anyway, so if it is enlarged or bigger then the more chances they will have helping you have an orgasm"If they are talented enough to bring you to one tht is. As I understand it, most guys work on the principle that the bigger a clitoris is, the better.  It's not all that rare for it to grow as large as your thumb.  Occasionally some of the underside of the shaft is exposed, an in these circumstances it can stick out, rather than down.

The only men out there who will care about the size of your clit in a negative way are the ones who have image issues with there penis. If you find yourself with a man who compares himself to you in that way. He has issues. Issues that make him unfit for a relationship. There is absolutely nothing wrong with large clits. I know exactly how you feel Stella. I too have a protruding clitoris and my boyfriend, and he knows. "I've tried to find the clitoris on other girls and yours is like right there." Yes, it does at times make me feel embarrassed but I know that he loves me and he loves me for me. Don't worry about your size, shape etc. Its who you are, and you are perfect. The upside is that he can find it quiet quickly and there's less time between searching for it. (If you know where I'm coming from :p) Seriously, I say no worries! 

Don't be ashamed of your above average clitoris size or labia, and definitely don't do a surgery. I know people can be mean to each other especially at younger age, but there is NOTHING wrong with not fitting a social pattern. Most porn actresses had surgeries and sexy/porn magazines are Photoshop-corrected to fit a pattern (you can google this out).

We are humans and we are different, that's what INDIVIDUALS means. We look different and we act different and that's exactly how it's supposed to be.
