You don't say how long your cycle is, and that makes a difference.
If your period started 5th May, and your cycle is 28 days, then 19th May could well have been when you ovulated. So there would be a risk. But would would be unlikely to be pregnant just yet.
But when you talk about what happened, use clear terms.

- So by "he did it in me" do you mean he entered you, or that he ejaculated inside your vagina?
- "on purpose" how do you know it was on purpose?
- Why did he do it on purpose?
- "with out me knowing" how do you know then?
- perhaps he is trying to upset you.
- Any time you have sex there is the risk of pregnancy, even if he withdraws - especially on a very fertile day.
- There is also the risk of STIs

Knowing he shouldn't ejaculate doesn't mean he did it on purpose. He might not have been able to stop himself. Was there any evidence he had done so?

Your cycle is not 7 days; your period might last 7 days (does it usually?). Your cycle is the number of days from the start of one period to the start of another. A 28-day cycle is quite common. So how long is yours? Is it regular?

Pregnancy is not just a question of maths, but you can only 'do the maths' if you have definite numbers. However, it does seem that 19th May was probably a fertile day But you are unlikely to be pregnant yet; that takes a few days, and is why you cannot test yet. You are not helping assessment of your situation by giving limited information as you "make a long story short".
From the little information you provide the indication is that you might well be at risk of getting pregnant.
