Hey help, I have been having pain in my right testicle, I have felt around and have not noticed any lumps or rocks just the constant pain in my testy... Could this be cancer? I have booked an appointment but I am just concerned as to what this could be.. Is testicle cancer curable i am worries!!

By the way im 27 years old and have never really had any illnesses, i got blood tests recently just for general check up and nothing showed up. What kind of tests would they do for this pain in my testicle. i have found no lumps yet thanks
