I have Been trying to conceive for about 1 yr now and every hpt I took through out this time all came up negative .. So I'm very scared of another let down . Long story short i missed my period for July and for about three weeks I've had sore boobs an cramps . I have a doctor apt on the 20 but I would love advise on what this could be untill then? I think I'm just nervous now.
