This is dried up blood...I am actually typing this sitting on the toilet.. but I see the same you are seeing right now and I've got my period not to long ago...But you should BE TELLING YOUR MOTHER IMMEDIATELY if this happens...When I had mines I never said anything but I was scared and confused and thought I was literally about to die because my private part was bleeding...But then that 2nd day I told my mom then she called almost the whole family .-. (Which was uncalled for) But she told me I ad to stay inside the rest o my life
