Your period is a mixture of vaginal fluids, blood, and uterine lining. Depending on how much of each your period can be different colors - shades of brown and red. All are normal.
I've got this thing but I haven't started on my period...
Omg I just came home from sams with my dad stepmom and sister and I had to pee and when I wiped there it was this brown stuff was all on my underwear and it was nasty and I am so scared I don't know what to do and I am scared to tell my mom or my dad what should I do please

Just go up to her when she's in a good mood and not rushed. Say something like, "Hey mom, there's this brown/red stuff in my underwear, I think it might be my period." She will help you. Don't worry - your mother knew your period would come some time soon and she's probably been preparing for how to help you when it came, which it has.

I was getting really worried that there was something wrong with me, because 1, it was taking quite a long time for my period (got it during early 7th grade thank goodness), and 2, I've been having this weird brown stuff for 3 days and I had no idea what it was. You really cleared that up for me, and i'm actually really happy that I looked it up.

OMG, I got that too. My mom said I started my period but I haven't even got discharge and all that stuff.
OH MY GOD! I was at my friends house and we were about to get ready to go to the beach, I went to the toilet and there was just brown stuff in my underwear! There was SO much! At first I though I pooped myself (lol) but I realised it was coming from my vagina! I am so scared and I don't understand what it is. I told my friend and she thought it was the start of my period. So does my mum. I am confused?
