It could possibly be poop if you don't clean well and moved the napkin that back. Try washing it and try again.

This happened to me too, then i went to the restroom and wiped and there was blood on the tissue?? I have never had my first period. Is this my real period or is it not? The blood was bright red though..

It's called spotting you're starting to get you period and hey don't be scared everyone gets their period even your mom but if you're really scared tell a trusted female wither it's a big sister, close auntie or someone you really trust it's a natural thing to happen don't worry x
