i know it is very common in around 50% of men around the world but i have a bigger spot it was a little larger than the rest so i tried to burst it and a little puss came out i have heard of this happening ... but now it is irritated and is much larger than the rest should i be worried or is it just irritated i know its not and STD because im a virgin and my parents never passed it down to me so any advice on what it could be ...
