i was diagnosed with Herpes when i was 19, but i had never seen any sores or anything so I figured they misdiagnosed me. About 5 years ago, I got, what I thought was a spider bite on my butt cheek. it started to blister.. multiple small blisters in a circle like shape. But right before the blisters appeared, it felt like there was a tingling beneath the skin and it became hard and warm to the touch. The blisters then appeared. I dabbed it with alcohol several times a day. It left a scar. a few months later, the same thing happened (in the same spot) I am too embarrassed to go to the doctor. I have been abstinent since. Now i have reaccurances about 6x a year. I just ordered a medication over the internet to see if that might help. I also sat in a hot tub of water for hours and hours, adding more hot water every so often. I dabbed it again with alcohol and then put powder over it to hopefully dry up the painful blisters. I would also push on the blisters to get the alcohol inside. I make sure that I do not use the same soap or wash cloth or towel that anyone else uses, and I spray clorox onto the toilet seat to make sure i do not give it to anyone else. What else can I do? Any suggestions?

HI there, you cannot give someone herpes unless it's just through skin-to-skin contact. YOu should see a doctor about this because they will have proper treatment for it and you will be unlikely to give it to people then. That is my suggestion because you currently have scarred yourself because you're embarrassed! What do you think?
