Man. I have that too, 2 holes, and 1 litle one on penis.. Im' 18, and i notice that when I was Child, 7 years old i think, i dont think that is problem.. I tried to put earing on that hahah, and it fits, dont be worried about that.. It's yust like you are born with piercing on penis bro..

I got these at aged 35/36 and still have some,try not to laugh to much at the reasons why i got them,this is the truth.

The first time i got them was due to the over usage of a penis pump,I didn't think nothing of it and used the pump again and one of these holes turned big and painful,it looked like some type of skin graft cyst,it became very hard and when i finally burst it blood and pus came out,i have a scar due to this.

The second time was due to to much masturbation and my hands not being as clean as i had thought,

the same place these young gentleman are talking about underside of the penis,close to the shaft pipe,

So don't overuse penis pump,and wash your hands before you have a wank,if you have to have a wank,

Oh and dont forget to wash afterward too.

The 2 holes are suture holes. when the penis is circumcised a surgical suture with a hook-like tip is used to sew the cut and hold the penis in place; this often leave a tunnel like hole just underneath the surface of the skin. As to the stuff that come out, they are usually a build-up of skin excretions and sebum just like the stuff in pimples... it turns black when in contact with oxygen, thats why you get blackheads

i'm 15 and i don't think this is normal but i do worry about needles things a lot. my problem is that under my penis i have large pores that seem to be facing in the direction of my penis and sometimes if i squeeze them a white subsistence comes out its a bit like a black head but it is not black at the top of the pore when i was younger i scratched a lot at this area, so maybe it just healed in an odd way please help if you can i'm extremely scared and i dont want to tell my father

I think something similar happened to me. I am 13 and I had a strange brown thing in a hole and I think it is a scab so a year ago I very idiotically took it out and it was the same as yours and the hole is still there and right next to it another one appeared and is still there the exact same
