I have strange holes on my penis. What could be the problem?

I have a been running my penis for a day and then it really stung and a bit of blood came out when I urined and urined a lot and then , now a few months later I have a 2mm hole in the left front side of my penis head under the foreskin attached to the head

I'm a skinny person, on my penis, I had only one black dot, like a small rock, it seemed to be held by a little piece of skin, I tried to remove it with my finger, it left a sort of u shaped skin like, you know, tells that there was something there, but two or three days later, another u shaped skin appeared just under it! and small tiny other more u shaped from the second one to the testicles. M epenis is nomally small. My belief is that I am too skinny making a 'lck' of fat to produce more skin. There is also a little bump which appeared with a quite wite top. At first when I pressed it, it released a white thing liquid. But now It don't! The bump is still here though! Please help me anyone! Is this a side effect of puberty? I am 14! or is it that I removed the black thing, my enis is developping those things to accelerate the reproduction of the white thing and those bumps etc il disppear? I dont have any leakage. I'm am extremely scared! unless it is a normal thing!
