I have tried to check my sperm count and the result is no sperm at all and my testicle are small, what are the remedys? I need advice pls help.... i married for 1 year i want to have a baby..?

If you've had a semen analysis (sperm count) performed and there is 0 active sperm, you are infertile.
See a urologist. They specialize in the male reproductive system. You'll need an exam and blood work to determine what is going on.

Even when you have no sperm in your ejaculation semen, you might still have some alive and trapped inside your testicles.
