i hv never got a reply!does anyone listens to us?

in a hope that someone would listen n tell me the remedy to my problem which is that , i m 25 yrs n i think i m suffering from phimosis as today, first time in my 25yrs, i saw my glans without the hood....otherwise it never had retracted back inspite of best efforts...!the problem is that i could retract it only when it wasnt erect......as soon as it got erected, i wasnt able to retract it...my skin over it forms such a tight constriction ring around my glans that it is nearly impossible to even try to retract it,,,but sometimes, again wd my best efforts, i can retract it (in erect position) just till my head starts peeping from inside.....i just dont want the circumcision done as i m highly allergic to hospitals n surgeries....i read in some posts that STEROIDS do helo in such kinds of situation, plz throw some light on how does it help, n how n where to apply the cream.......i m really very much worried, kindly help me out....thanks in anticipation.....waiting for a reply soon,,,,
