I am 28 years old men. I initially observed 2-3 knots in right side of abdominal. Then I get ultrasound done .According to report everything is normal but observed 2-3 knots . I consult to the skin specialist he told me these knot  are inbetween inner and outer skin .its not an issue but I didn't satisfied with his suggestions. Now I feel my stomach is tight and I have breathing problem.when i press my stomch with my fingers then I feel some relief. As and when I approch to doctor he give azithomycin tablets. So please suggest me whats the problem with me and whats right solution.
