I just had surgery. My nose looks the same!

I had my septum deviated and my bone on top was kinda sticking out a bit
I had surgery to get it fix
today I got my cast of and it looks pretty much the same, could it be that the doctor didn't do a good job or is it just the swelling?
The doctor said that was the swelling

It still deviated and the bone is still kind of sticking out

Im going to post some pcitures so you guys can give me your opinions
