I like this girl but don't know how to tell her I'm moving.

Hi I'm a 14 year old male. I'mooing to be moving to the other side of the world but I don't know how to tell this girl that I have a crush on. She is also my friend but I'm also afraid that I might be putting her off. 

For example. on thForrest day of school at lunch her friends said hi to me but I only waved to her. My friend who knows that I have a crush on her went r and talked to her. I felt bad that I didn't go over and talk to her also because a couple of days later she came over and asked directly to my friend if he had seen her friends. He said no and she just left. Not saying anything to me. Thetry today at school in the morning I saw her and wanted to go over and say hi but coulden'tget myself to. But sometime soon I'm going to visit one of my middle school teachers and was thinking about asking her of she wanted to come with me. 

I feel bad about not talking her yet and I want to but don't know how. Then I need to tell her I'm moving but don't know where or when.
