I missed my period for the month of May but my nipples were sore for 3 to 4 days. Now my nipples are sore again almost 1 week. My last period was in April for 3 days.

I would suggest you get a pregnancy test to make sure. if it is a negative or a positive you need to see a doctor to make sure there is nothing wrong if it is a negative result and u need to get health tips and checkups if you are pregnant.
There may not be anything wrong it may be just late but a trip to the doctor never hurt.
