i am 13 and i am 5'4 and wieqh between 170 190 i know its bad i need 2 loose weiqht before i go 2 highschool any suggestionss??

You should always consult a doctor when you want to lose weight.
But there are a few things you could do. First you could start exercising. If you're not used to it, start slow. I usually exercise for 15 minutes every night before i go to sleep. You can also reduce your calorie intake. Avoid fried food, sauces, salt and sugar (You can still consume these, but not in big quantities). Keep this and you'll lose weight.
