I'm 16 and I haven't weighed or measured myself in a while so I'm gonna estimate at about 5ft11 and 10.5st. I'm already have a home weightlifting routine with dumbbells and I just like to know if its any good. I'm aiming for bigger chest, abs and arms. I may be getting a bench press which I assume is better than push-ups.
50 crunches (2 sets)
50 reverse crunches (2 sets)
50 oblique crunches (2 sets each side)
20 push-up (2 sets)
25 concentrated bicepe curls (8kg 1 set each arm)
25 tricepe kickbacks (8kg 1 set each arm)
