yea im a 16 yr old teen and i have heard sooo many different ways of gaining weight and theyre all making my head spin.. ive been taking weight gainer 2200 from GNC and have been eating as much as possible but from all the stuff ive been hearing i dont know if that will work, i need to gain it for the upcoming football season, if i don't i will be seeing the bench and i wont let that happen.. if someone could just give me some tips and some true facts to weight gaining that would be great

Eat LOTS of carbs. And also, work out by lifting weights, not really cardio, because that just might make you lose. Don't pack on sugar though.
