Hi, I am Kat and I am around 170-180 and I want to lose at least 50 pounds!!! I would like to lose the weight by June of this year. I am in school and get picked on everyday. I recently went to the mall with my friends and I couldn't keep up. They have started drifting away from me because I can't do the things they can because of my weight. I miss hanging out with them. So please if you have anything that can help, please write it down for me. I would really appreciate it.

Hi Kat! Sorry to hear about that but the best thing to do is to cut out most of your carbs like bread and rice and pasta try yogurts and fruit and oatmeal is great because it fills you up so you dont want to eat as much. exorcise for about 30 minutes a day everyday or if you cant at least 3 times a week. Also drink tons of water juice and soda are the worst okay from time to time NOT everyday...Good Luck!
