Hi, I am 24 year old male and I am lifting weights for more than 4 years. Till now I succeed to gain really impressive muscle mass. I am 182 cm height and I have 180 pounds of pure muscle mass. I have too say I think I have gone little to far with my muscle mass so I would like to reduce it. Many people want to gain muscle mass I have opposite problem.

Hi, if you want to reduce your muscle mass you need to increase your aerobe training. It is the best that you choose aerobic exercise you like. It may be jogging, speed walking, riding bicycle, etc. In the gym you would change number of attempts in series. It wouldn't be less than 12 times per serial. Also you would reduce your calories intake and I am sure it will give results you want
