I only use condoms but it breaks 3 weeks ago and I've missed my period

It may well be that you are pregnant, but sometimes periods get missed or are late for various reasons.

The first thing to do is find out whether you are pregnant, and 3 weeks after sex should be late enough for a home test to be accurate. You have given no precise dates for me to suggest the likelihood of your 3-weeks-ago sex being at a fertile time.

1. What date did your last period start?
2. What is the length of your cycle (typically 28 days)?
3. What date did you have this sexual encounter?
4. Have you had sex at any other time since your last period?
5. Where are you from (country/state/county)?
6. Are there any cultural or religious implications?

Always being wet is not necessarily because you have an STI, but could be because you are pregnant. Some women are constantly wet anyway. But if you think you have an STI, then you need to get tested and, if necessary, treated. A doctor would be able to advise. If you are pregnant, you then need to decide whether you will bring the child up yourself (you have not said whether you are married) or apply to have the child adopted. I would caution and counsel against abortion.
