i'm 12 years old and weigh about 152 or 153lbs and i hate it!! i'm on the swim team and that doesnt do me zip!! i try to eat less but i cant do it!! in less than 2 months i'm going to mexico and i really want to slim down for my dad's girlfriend's son cause he really cute and i wan to show a bit more skin and nice closes at school. my best friend weighs like 90-100 and she really thin i feel like a fatty around her!!! and every saturday i do to the recreation center and roller skate for like 4 houre!! and i didnt lose sqat!! what can i do and fast?!?!?!?!?!

What's your height? You should definitely continue with all those sports activities you've mentioned above. Your body weight is determined by diet (how many calories you eat) and exercise (how many calories you burn off). No matter how sophisticated, complicated, glitzy or expensive a weight loss program is, in the end they all work the same way: you have to burn off more calories than you eat each day in order to lose weight.
