Hello. I'm 34 year old female and just recently I have heard some good stuff about one diet called Weight Down diet.
I don’t know a lot about this but I know that I become seriously overweight. All I know about it is that it is based on some biblical beliefs and that you may eat what ever you want and still loose weight. How could this be truth? That’s why I would like to find out more about this Weight Down Workshop! A friend has recommended it to me that I believe he thinks it is some good diet program.
Anyway, if someone knows more about this- feel free to share some details with me.

Hello. I'm 29 year old female and I'm practicing this diet more then 2 years now. I will tell some quick facts about it.
The author of this diet is one lady called Gwen Shamblin, registered dietitian with a master's degree in food and nutrition. The whole program costs about 112$ and it includes the classes, a workbook and a binder of 12 audiocassettes, along with 17 lessons.
Like you said, the real truth is that you can really eat what ever you want but the focus is taken off of food and onto God.
The primary goal of this diet is to take full responsibility for your own actions and not blaming background, genes, or circumstances for weight problems. We shouldn’t eat anything to hurt and abuse the Lord within us!

This is the best lifestyle change a person can make. It's freedom from the bondage of overeating. It jumpstarts the bodies metabolism and you burn calories in places you didn't know you could. The body is miraculous and overeating destroys the body just like any other addiction. It's like breaking out of prison.
