I am 5'5and weigh 140lbs. I recently started a 6:1 diet. 6 days a week I workout for at least 30 mins, and I eat only 500 calories, 1 day a week I eat 1500 calories or more, as long as I and exercise the extra calories off. I drink only water, and eat only healthy food. My question is, for my "cheat" day, would taking a laxative that night hurt me? I don't want the extra food sitting in my stomach longer than it has to. My goal is 120, and once I reach my goal I will stay at 1500 calories a day so I don't gain weight right back...
