Sounds like hemorrhoids. Next time it gets itchy or bothersome, grab a handheld mirror and take a look. If it is, you may need to change some lifestyle habits.

If it feels like a pimple or a bump, it could easily be hemorrhoids. That is basically what you would be looking for in the mirror anyways.
Dehydration, drugs, poor diet, caffeine, and poor bowel habits are a few common contributors to the problem. There are many many more however.

Always thirsty? Excessive thirst is a symptom of diabetes. Don't panic.. if it's always hot, and you aren't drinking enough water, then that would just make sense to be thirsty. If you feel it may be more than that, see a doctor right away to rule out anything of a more serious nature.

It may be prudent to see a doctor in any case since you have 2 issues worth investigating.

There are some things you can do to ease the symptoms..

Avoid sitting for long periods of time, coffee, cigarettes, marijuana, excess salt & sugar, and simple carbohydrates like pasta, white rice, crackers etc.
Excercise is good so long as you are not putting stress on the rectum.
If you are able, have a shower after a bowel movement and cleanse the area (be gentle).
Increase intake of whole, healthy foods. Vegetables, fruit, nuts and whole grains. You may want to get in the habit of eating a bran muffin with breakfast. The reason, other than to eat healthy, is to make things easier for your digestive system. With these diet changes you won't have to strain as much during a bowel movement (straining and pushing can cause, and worsen hemorrhoids). To take things one step further, you could purchase some probiotics from a healthfood store. They aid with digestion by restoring bacterial balance in the intestines. Your symptoms are characteristic of a minor case of hemorrhoids.. believe me, it could be ALOT worse. It is good that you have caught it early.

So to answer your question, yes, they can go away by living a healthier lifestyle. There are no guarantees however. A full recovery can take time. The bump is a blood vessel that has expanded and has now been stretched. The veins elasticity can return to normal over time.

Still, I would recommend you have the doctor take a look. What if it is not hemorrhoids? Best to be certain.

Early detection of diabetes is crucial. If you are at risk as you say, make it a priority to see your physician!

Please write back and let me know how it all goes..

Good luck :-)

hi thank you for the very valuable information and im glad to tell u that i dont have diabetes thank god :-)
BUT i still have these last questions about my condition and i promise they r the last :-), SO just to make things clear i have read about Hemorrhoids and i see that there r two kinds (internal) and (external) so the first question is
can u have external Hemorrhoids at first then they become internal ?

because a month ago was diffrent from now a month ago there was bleeding showing on my underwear and it hurt but now there is no blood and only tingling and itching feeling.

the second question is
does hair in that area have to do with anything?
and if it does do hair removel products interfer with the Hemorrhoids?

finally
does jogging and running and bicycling put pressure on the rectum ?

im really really sorry for all the questions and i really thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me and hopfully these r my last questions.
thank you

External hemorrhoids protrude and get agitated by clothing, scratching, a strenuous bowel movement etc. When the tissue gets damaged, it bleeds. That would be the most likely scenario in my opinion. As far as hair is concerned.. don't worry about it. Putting any hair removal product in the area will be alot more counterproductive than leaving it alone. Those products are made for healthy skin, and even then reactions occur (dont use them).

Jogging, running and biking CAN agetate hemorrhoids. Really, it's a case of trial and error. You just have to find what works for you. You don't need to be a marathon man. Just be active.

Sounds like you are already on the road to recovery. Just keep eating right, exercising, and keeping your fluids up. If there is no progress, come back here with details of what helped, or didn't. We will be in a better spot to fix things up with more info at that point.

Cheers
