well what you have too do is not eat as much as you do and if you do end up eating at least eat fruit or vegges just eat health or go for a WALK IT MAY BE HARD BUT YOU CAN DO AND THING YOU PUT YOUR MIND TOO

i tried dukan diet and it really worked for me! it is sort of like atkins and southbeach but a little different if you love meat, then its the diet for you! IT WORKS I LOST 35LBS IN 2 months:)
