Hello, Im 14 years old. I have been completely fed up with trying my best to look good, (like most of my friends) In September of 2009 I was at my friends birthday party, when i noticed that her mom had left her scale on the floor. Being as curious as I am ; I stepped onto the scale hoping to see something i liked. But i was completely wrong I looked down to see that I was in the range of 154-157 pounds. I broke down at home later after the party. But since then i have moved to a new place. Being in a more athletic atmosphere, I joined the schools volleyball team. I still am so afraid of stepping on that scale and seeing the same OR WORSE numbers on the digital screen. I am not 100% certain weather or not i have been eating better, but my mom has told me i look different from last year i guess maybe since this new town has so many hills that it has helped my tone myself a little more. However I dont feel i am doing enough, i am also very shy and hate the idea of going out for jogs in fear that someone will see me and further discourage my attempts to lose weight and feel good. I have looked up exersises on youtube and so far i have done 2 days of it, im losing energy and not wanting to go on with it. I Have been feeling way better then i did last year but i still see myself not far from the size i was at last year.
Its summer now, and in September im going into highschool i joined the schools dance team and am going to join some sports teams to maybe help me. Is there anything i can do at home in my room that will give me serious results and help me through the summer to feel and look better and get into shape before school starts?Todays date: 23ed of July.. i have till september.. I also want to lose some weight in my theighs.. please help me :'(
